The
new "Fryin' Pan" aluminum and copper
(copper not pictured) friction surface is
3-1/2" outside
diameter with a center drop (or depth) of a
little less than 1/8" down to a 2-3/4"
diameter flat bottom.
For those of you accustomed to making the
3-1/2" pots these will give you a totally
different sound
(higher pitched) than the flat 3-1/2"
aluminum or copper . You'll just need to lower
your inner
soundboard accordingly. If your having trouble
getting a good visual with the picture, think of
it like
a very small, shallow frying pan. (without the
handle of course!) |
